Formed in April of 2010 with a vision to provide quality holistic healing services and supplements that promote better health and improved state of understanding which will lead to a more positive outlook on life and health.

  
 We began(opened our 'doors' for clients) in October 2010, renting space in the back of two separate businesses.

 In 2013, after three long years, we finally found a wonderful location at 8 King St E, Stoney Creek, Ontario and fell in love with the atmosphere of Olde Stoney Creek. This location has 3hr free parking in back!

 In 2014, we began offering Holistic Nutritional Consultation. Also in that same year,  we added C. Gionomo who is a qualified therapist in Lymphatic Massage with Aromatherapy and Indian Scalp Massage.

 During the fall of 2017, Bowen Technique treatments were introduced. Bowen is a holistic remedial body technique that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body. Bowen therapy can be used to treat musculoskeletal or related neurological problems including acute sports injuries and chronic or organic conditions.
